About

We’re The Bow Deli—a small-but-mighty spot serving up big flavours, local produce and handmade everything.

Two people in a green-walled room with a poster on the wall, both wearing aprons and laughing, while handing something to each other.

The Bow Deli is what happens when two food-obsessed people decide to create the kind of place they’d want to hang out in every day.

Run by husband-and-wife team Dave and Chantel Jenkins, The Bow Deli is a fresh chapter from the duo behind Salumi and Rock Salt Café—two much-loved foodie haunts that helped shape the local dining scene. After years in restaurants, they’ve poured their passion for bold flavours, top-quality produce, and laid-back hospitality into something new: a modern deli that feels like home.

We wanted to build a space that brings people together over really good food. Nothing fussy or pretentious—just honest, hearty, flavour-packed eats made from the best local ingredients we can get our hands on.

Two people standing outside a deli with a sign reading 'The Bow Deli Takeaway & Shop'. The building has a corner entrance with red and green accents and lattice windows. One person is wearing an apron and the other is smiling, suggesting a friendly conversation.

At the heart of it all is our counter, which changes daily depending on what’s in season, what we’re excited about, and what our customers are loving. Whether it's a gooey Croque Madame, a spicy Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, a slice of homemade cake, or a fresh Heyl Bakery loaf, it’s all made with care and served with a smile.

We’re big believers in supporting local—from West Country cheeses to Cornish eggs and honey, we work closely with small producers who share our values. We also stock a curated selection of pantry goods, boozy extras, and deli treats you won’t find just anywhere.

And The Bow Deli isn’t just about takeaways anymore. We’ve recently added a cosy new seating area, so you can now dine in, linger over lunch, or simply enjoy a coffee and pastry with a friend. It’s relaxed, inviting, and designed to make you feel like you’ve found your new favourite local.
